What Is Ms. Independent Auto?
Ms. Independent Auto was created in August 2013 when our founder, Brandon Brown, decided to address the knowledge gap between mechanics and their customers. After seeing customers constantly get taken advantage of over the years, he realized that there was a need for crash courses to teach the basics of automotive maintenance and repair in a straightforward, easily-understood format.

We have over 19 years of experience in the automotive services industry. Our instructor teaches in accordance with industry best practices as maintained by the Automotive Service Excellence National Automotive Technicians Education Foundation, Inc. (ASE-NATEF).
